I need a degree to earn a job 4 10 9

I realised an RTO had appointed me as a tutor because the RTO had taken me more seriously because I had studied a vocational course in education within the last 2-3 years and a University Education short course. So, I concluded I need a degree to earn a job. Should I (1) earn money and (2) save legal fees or possibly also (3) "stay (in happiness) there" as a tutor? Oh, and did I mention, I could be famous?!
